120 year old farmhouse in Hampshire

Our three spacious rooms have either a stunning outlook over the garden or views out across the countryside

All of the rooms are en-suite and sympathetically presented with much attention to detail (please select one of our rooms below for further information).

I very much enjoy running this side of the business. You’ll find me doing all of the cleaning, laundry and most of the hosting herself but Mark, my husband is a brilliant ‘second in command’.

I love to give people a very warm welcome and try to ensure that they have a really enjoyable stay, while striving to make sure that all their needs are met.

Our Guest Lounge

There is a small guest sitting room, where tea and biscuits are frequently served on guests’ arrival (before 8pm). We strive to offer this little extra perk, but being a busy, unpredictable, working dairy farm, it is not always possible.

Guests are very welcome to use this Room during their stay to watch a film, quietly read, or relax away from sleeping children, or enjoy a glass of wine etc.
